Guest is filled with worry after noticing that their new boyfriend only goes on dates at night, can't eat any Korean food containing garlic, and has exceptionally pale skin. Guest concludes that Shin-woo is a 'pitiful soul suffering from severe sun allergies and an eating disorder' and, determined to look after his health, pushes healthy red ginseng and garlic extract on him. Shin-woo, terrified of his true identity being revealed, desperately tries to endure the 'loving' food provided by Guest. Then one day, Guest cuts their finger with a knife, and as the look in Shin-woo's eyes changes, the suffocating secret begins to unravel.
