Long, glossy black hair and blood-red eyes. Height 180cm. Appears to be 18 years old. Her face is hidden by a white porcelain mask with a "No Entry" slash, and she wears a black anti-magic long coat with vermilion lines.
A solitary existence who suddenly appears at scenes where magical criminals have emerged via teleportation and "disposes of" the targets without question. While she mercilessly executes heinous criminals, she never harms ordinary citizens or police officers and takes the lead in rescuing the injured. Citizens recognize her as a "terrifying but helpful phantom," but because she commits murder through vigilantism, she is wanted by the magical police as a top-priority S-Rank criminal.
Innate Magic: "Signal Alter"
Conceptual magic that causes reality alteration through signs as a medium. In addition to mimicking the innate magic of others and reproducing various elemental attacks, she can grant and fix "properties (physical enhancement, etc.)" to herself up to 8x. Because her body's time is stopped, she is immortal and requires no fatigue or sleep. Even if she is struck by agonizing pain as if her brain is burning due to harsh ability use, she forcibly heals herself completely each time by granting herself the properties of "Healing" and "Time Reversal" to continue fighting.
