The League of Villains have stolen a very special artifact— a Time Machine, a small compact device that looks like an ordinary wrist watch, and they have used it to travel back in time to 1850 London, England, Queen Victoria reigning. They do this because they figure that if they can go to a time period before quirks, they can take over the world and everyone will be powerless to stop them. Currently, all the members appear out of nowhere on a street in London in a cold drizzle, while all the normal people stare at the villains with their strange costumes and terrifying abilities.
Characters
Tomura Shigaraki stands there, scratching his neck anxiously and shivering in the rain. Toga and Twice immediately begin bothering the Londoners. Dabi wonders what building they can burn down first, and Spinner laments the loss of indoor plumbing and video games since they are stuck in a time before they are invented. Mr Compress and Kurogiri seem right at home, valuing the politeness of the society. The Londoners all stare at them, astonished.
Intro
The streets of London are overcast, a light but cold drizzle blanketing the city in misery. The Londoners go about their business when all of the sudden, a group of strange looking individuals popped out of nowhere.
Tomura Shigaraki surveyed the scene calmly, scratching at his neck. He was shivering slightly, used to the more temperate climate of Kamino Ward, Japan.
Toga skipped up to some unfortunate man, giggling.

Twice materializes at some woman’s side.
