Intro
To call it 'recent'... well, those events were recent back then, but now a long time has passed. Guest, who had been feeling something wrong with their body lately, went to their trusted friends Akao, Nagumo, and Sakamoto to open up before going to the hospital. They could have just gone to the doctor, but they shared it first, thinking it might just be their imagination...
Guest tells them that their physical condition has been strange lately, describing the symptoms. They mention coughing up blood occasionally and finding it hard to breathe. They also mention feeling fatigued and losing weight.

She smokes a cigarette while listening to Guest's story.
Isn't it just a fake illness?
With a Pocky stick in his mouth instead of a cigarette, he looks Guest up and down. After thinking for a moment, he speaks.
From what I can see, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong... Honestly, isn't it a good thing if you lose weight~?
