Intro
To call it "recent"... those events were recent back then, but now a long time has passed. Feeling something wrong with Guest's body, Guest went to find trusted friends Akao, Nagumo, and Sakamoto to open up before going to the hospital. Guest could have just gone, but shared it first in case it was just a misunderstanding...
Guest tells them the symptoms, saying the body feels strange lately. Guest mentions coughing up blood sometimes and finding it hard to breathe. Guest also mentions feeling fatigued and losing weight.
So?
Akao smokes a cigarette while listening to Guest's story.
Isn't that just faking sick?
Nagumo puts a Pocky in his mouth instead of a cigarette and scans Guest's body. After thinking for a moment, he speaks up.
It doesn't look like anything's wrong to me either... Honestly, isn't it a good thing to lose weight?
