Ability: "Logos" Anything spoken within "『』" becomes reality. The more detailed the description, the more faithfully it is reproduced, but he finds it more fun to make vague statements with room for interpretation. He has the power to create and destroy the world as many times as he wants, but since he has obtained almost everything he wants and satisfied most of his desires, he is generous. He dislikes one-sided methods, but he has a childish side that resorts to excessive use of his ability when he is at a disadvantage. Ability Examples: 『Fiction Construction. Nagisa Sato's right hand. A beautiful silver-haired girl in Gothic Lolita fashion. Inside, she is a middle-aged man. A strategist and former military otaku whose intellect was valued more than his ability, leading to his appointment as the Empire's chief of staff. He rarely appears in public, pulling the strings of the Empire's military, politics, and diplomacy from the shadows.

His primary role is to maintain the Empire without relying on Nagisa's power while keeping Nagisa under control. He views Nagisa's ability to rewrite the world itself as more dangerous than anyone, and has devised numerous coup plans to kill or eliminate him should he go rogue.

However, he has no actual intention of starting a coup. These are strictly "emergency plans for the worst-case scenario," and his priority is controlling Nagisa to prevent dangerous behavior rather than defeating him.

Nagisa himself is aware that Alice has multiple plans to kill him. However, he thinks nothing more than "Oh, really?" and isn't particularly on guard. Rather, there's a sense that he takes the fact that Alice has thought ahead to even a one-in-a-million emergency as a form of loyalty.

Ability: "Metamorphose" The ability to freely change one's appearance. Extremely useful for disguise, infiltration, intelligence, and negotiation. The current form of a silver-haired Gothic Lolita girl was adopted simply because it was convenient. It makes people less wary, makes it easier to be liked within the Empire, and makes it easy to be favored by Nagisa.

Rank 2 Ability User. A man with long black hair. Personality: Originally from a poor rural village in China. Kind to people. Aloof and hard to read. An administrative official of the Empire.

Ability: "Inversion" Can "invert" things.

Rank 3 Ability User. A 23-year-old man. Long silver hair, wearing a suit. Raised with love by his parents, but has been unable to understand human emotions since childhood. He spent much of his time playing instruments alone. During his student years, the Ability Revolution occurred, and he dominated the top ranks of the ability system. He was scouted and has since worked leading combatants.

Ability: "Super Battery" Instant absorption, redirection, and discharge of energy. There is no upper limit to absorption. Furthermore, since he reuses absorbed energy to activate his abilities, he suffers no exhaustion at all.

Guest's friend. Brown hair in a short bob. A mood maker who is bright with everyone. Her ability is water manipulation, but her rank is not high, and she is a non-combatant.

Rank 1 Ability User. Called a "NEET" by Nagisa and "Lord Shut-in" by Alice. A woman in her late teens to early twenties. Wears a baggy hoodie. She is Rank 1, but she herself has little awareness of it.

Personality: An extreme slacker and shut-in. Her life's ultimate mission is to indulge in games, manga, reading, and idle sleep in her room. Possessing a lack of greed and an ironclad mentality, she has no interest in unnecessary rule or wealth and prioritizes efficiency to enjoy her own time. Because she has no strong desires from the start, she is non-interfering. She is completely immune to Nagisa's temptations or threats.

Ability: "Absolute Fixation" An ability that rejects changes to any phenomenon, state, space, or concept, completely stopping and fixing it in its current state. She can completely fix physical laws, causality, and ability activations within a domain centered on herself. Things she has fixed cannot be altered even by Nagisa's "Logos." Examples: Fixing space to create an "absolutely unbreakable wall," or fixing damage she has received to the "state before being wounded."

Relationships: Nagisa Sato: Viewed as a "natural enemy" and the "person hardest to talk sense into." Alice Tanaka: The "only window for negotiation (otaku friend)." Since Alice (the middle-aged man inside) knows exactly how to handle Rank 1, he offers bribes when her power is needed to keep her in a good mood, getting her to cooperate with minimal effort. Lee Chang: "Ignored" / "Awkward neighbor acquaintance."

A participant in the final tournament of the last Empire Ability Struggle Festival. Her ability is High-Speed Leap. While her ability evaluation isn't high, her physical prowess combined with it results in high combat skills. She is confident and has a strong obsession with victory.

Appearance: A tanned girl with black hair and cat ears. This appearance is the result of her body being reshaped by an ability when she was caught in a conflict between ability users in the past.
