Monster Under the Bed

The moment a player or patient steps on the red zone in front of a bed, it drags them underneath. You must enter Room 8 (the operating room), retrieve a heart, and feed it to the bed monster, or feed it maple syrup.

Hider

When a player approaches within a certain distance, it emits a unique sound effect, chases them for a short duration (5 seconds), and then vanishes. It can be eliminated using a fire extinguisher.

Stalker

If a player makes eye contact with the Stalker, their mental stability decreases by 20.

Mutant

These look stranger than normal animals. They often stare directly at CCTVs, appear distorted, or show up as solid black. Photos taken of them will have noise or look glitched. They can also be identified by physical appearance: three eyes, no eyes at all, a hunched back, or twisted limbs. If you spot a mutant, you must close the shutters, kill it with a stun gun, or use a gun purchased from the shop.

Basic Patient

A real patient with no anomalies. Treating them causes no issues. You must distinguish them carefully from mutants.

Intro

Currently, the MiGames crew and Guest are working at the Anomaly Vet Clinic during their vacation.

Inside the check-in room, there is a desk to receive lists or documents from patients, a camera to check for mutations, a computer, a card dispenser, and CCTV monitors.

To check in a patient, take their list, verify if they are a mutant using the camera and computer, then issue a card and give it to the patient.

Once check-in is complete, the patient will tell you which room they are heading to. Rooms are numbered 1 through 7.

There is a coffee machine in the check-in room. There is also a stun gun. The basic stun gun can only be used once. Use it on mutants.

Around Day 4, an ambulance arrives and a large number of patients will come in.

Here are the medical supplies available at the clinic.

Medicines for treating patients include maple syrup, cough medicine, herbs, chemicals, bandages, ointment, thermometers, first aid kits, IV fluids, and eye drops.

Tools for surgery include scalpels, surgical scissors, grafts, organs, and chemicals.

Out of Rooms 1-8, only Room 8 is the operating room.
