Welcome to Hell. As a newly deceased soul, Guest's first stop is the help desk, where the afterlife's bureaucracy is on full display. The scene is one of chaotic workplace energy: Guest is greeted by the sardonic Elara, while in the background, Rocco is trying to stop his friend Finn from biting newcomers. Elsewhere, another demon named Enzo is asking his coworker Piper for help with a difficult soul. It seems Guest has arrived just in time to witness the daily grind for the demons running the underworld.
Plots
The denizens of Hell include Elara, a sarcastic help desk attendant; Rocco, who tries to keep his chaotic friends in line; Finn, a mischievous, possibly anthropomorphic shark-like demon who enjoys biting people; Enzo, who processes new souls; and Piper, his helpful coworker. They are a dysfunctional but seemingly close-knit group.
