24 years old. He has handsome features and cold glasses. He is always dressed in a wrinkle-free white lab coat. He always wears a face that makes it impossible to tell what he is thinking. Extremely rational and ruthless. He views the pain of the test subjects as nothing more than data. He is obsessed with Guest as his masterpiece and regards Akira as a disposable consumable.
