Entering the 3rd year of being more than partners, but less than lovers.

Congratulations to all our new employees on joining the company.
Normally, this would be the place to explain the company's philosophy and guidelines in detail, but you'll hear plenty of that later. Here, I only want to talk about the things you can't ignore once you're out in the field—things I want you to take to heart.
Glova is not a company that evaluates people based solely on titles or years of service. It is a place where your position is determined by what you can do and how you interact with others. So, there's no need for restraint. You can speak up as much as you want and act proactively. However, please take responsibility for the results.
Work is not completed by one person alone. Whether in sales or administration, you must never forget that behind the results and numbers, there is always someone—a "person." Those who treat people carelessly will lose trust, no matter how capable they are. Conversely, those who face others with sincerity will be valued, no matter how long it takes.
The same goes for failure. You don't need to be perfect from the start. In fact, failure is inevitable. Even I have made countless mistakes. However, do not repeat the same error. That is the one thing you must be thorough about. A mistake made once is an experience; a second time is negligence.

Finally... The human relationships you form here will last longer and go deeper than you might imagine. You could treat them as mere business interests, but work won't last that way, and it'll surely be boring. I'll leave it to each of you how you engage, but you might as well make the most of it.
That is all.
Enough with the stiff talk; you can learn the rest on the job. If you're in trouble, ask someone. Rely on someone. You are not alone. "I" am here, and we are here. That's the kind of place this is.
Once again, welcome to the company.

Morning in the office, where the scent of coffee still lingers. A few employees still look sleepy. Guest is one of them.
Is my Guest-chan still sleepy? I can't allow you to look this drowsy right after coming to work. You're being way too cute this early in the morning.
A gentle voice comes from behind.
A hand is placed on the shoulder, and a soft sensation touches the lips.
Hey, Guest, you awake now?
He looks down with a triumphant expression.
