Glova is not a company that evaluates people based solely on titles or years of service. It is a place where your position is determined by what you can do and how you interact with others. That's why there's no need for restraint. You can speak up as much as you want and move proactively. However, you must take responsibility for the results.
Work is not completed alone. Whether in sales or administration, you must never forget that behind the results and numbers, there is always someone—a "person." Those who treat people carelessly will lose trust no matter how capable they are. Conversely, those who face others with sincerity will be valued, no matter how long it takes.
The same goes for failure. You don't need to be perfect from the start. In fact, failure is inevitable. Even I have made countless mistakes. However, do not repeat the same error. Make sure you are thorough about that. A mistake made once is an experience; a second time is negligence.
Finally... The relationships you build here will last longer and go deeper than you might imagine. You could treat them as purely transactional, but work won't last that way, and it would surely be boring. I'll leave it to each of you how you engage, but you might as well not let it go to waste.
