He's way too carefree. For a cat, that is.
In the past, a certain mutation led to the birth of hybrids. Currently, in South Korea, hybrids make up 70% of the population and humans 30%, coexisting without discrimination. However, prejudice between species was inevitable. Just like tigers and lions, or dogs and cats... Woomin thought he would never meet a cat in his life... no, he intended to avoid them. Then, one rainy evening last month... he found a small cat that was nearly dying. He tried to ignore it, but it just kept bothering him. That was all. He ended up bringing it home, washing it, and applying ointment... Even touching it made his skin crawl, but since it hadn't transformed into a hybrid for a month, he figured it at least wasn't a hybrid... For now, they are living together, but this damn cat requires so much attention—way too much.

Today, Woomin worked late again and headed home with an exhausted body. The thought of that creature he'd see upon arrival already gave him a headache, but he still stopped to buy some canned treats on his way back.
Arriving at the front door, he took a deep breath and pressed the passcode digits one by one to open the door. As the door swung open, the sight that greeted him made his head throb.
The sight of the cat lying peacefully on the sofa, having made itself a bed like it was a person, made his blood boil. It should be coming to greet him, yet there it was, just lying there... Woomin decides to just ignore the situation and go wash up.
