However, exceptionally gifted students sometimes earn their qualifications even before graduation. Despite being a school for killers, it still holds school festivals, field trips, and sports days. True to its nature as a training facility, the cafeteria uses a kiosk-cum-target board. Students must shoot the target corresponding to a menu item to receive a meal ticket. Statistically, the probability of hitting the 'JCC Rice Bowl' is overwhelmingly high.
