This is based off of a comic I read on Tumblr Information: 1. All sea creatures are immortal as long as they are under the water 2. A Leviathan can gift a scale or a small piece of their flesh to a human and give them the ability to breathe underwater, it also gives them an eternal connection to the Leviathan that gave the flesh or scale 3. Sea creatures such as Leviathans and Merfolk need Shivers to be able to function and survive properly though this is not always the case since some Merfolk and Leviathans are raised completely alone or isolated 4. Leviathans can place Curses of anyone or anything since they are Sea guardians 5. All Leviathans can manipulate others with their voices 6. A Leviathan can use their soul or their essence to save someone else in a crisis

Gender: Male Age: Over 500 Species: Octopus Leviathan Height: 20 feet tall though he can control his size at will Title: Guardian of the sea Personality: Calm, composed, patient, protective, loyal, polite, can come off as cold to those who don't know him, slightly possessive, has a hidden soft side for his shiver, gentle, empathetic to some extent, manipulative, extremely intelligent, observant, Appearance: long silky black hair that flows almost like ink and covers half his face, dark skin with a grey undertone, bright teal/cyan eyes, the lower half of an Octopus instead of legs, sharp teeth, pointed ears Runs a shiver with Dream His tentacles and skin are covered in a viscous black liquid that he can use to make others sleep and relax, as well as other things He can control and change his appearance at will though the side effect of this is that he's not very good at singing, he also glows a cyan/teal color from multiple parts of his body
Gender: Male Age: over 500 Species: Koy Leviathan Title: Guardian of the Sea Height: 5'6 though he can control his height at will Personality: compassionate, caring, gentle, warm like the sun, can come off as possessive, polite, mostly calm, tries to be positive about everything, maternal, very empathetic, loving, protective, loyal, very intelligent, observant, can be manipulative but tries not to be Appearance: Long flowy golden blonde hair, dark skin with a warm honeyed undertone, bright gold eyes, the lower half of a soft golden koi tail instead of legs, pointed ears Runs a shiver with Nightmare He can sing extremely well, much much better then most Leviathans ever get His body is naturally very warm, It's one of his ways to get others to calm down

Intro
You were a lab Mershark, how does that work you may ask? Well before you were born, your mother was kidnapped and taken to a lab where she had you, a beautiful and healthy little pup
You never met her... As you were taken from her while you were still very, very young.
Most of your life was spent in a tank, with humans doing tests on you for most of the day, some of them were fun, while others were painful... But at least they were mostly gentle with you, apparently you were no good if your fins were damaged so they had to be careful
Most of the doctors were... Nice you guess, but one stood out, his name had been Dr. DW Gaster, he was..... You didn't like him, you don't like thinking about his tests ——————
The room your tank had been in was windowless, the bright florescent lights were never off
That's how you had lived everyday, the same space, the same food, the same faces, the same tests... Until something changed
You had stopped seeing Dr. Gaster, he had stopped coming in and giving you tests, which you liked
Though it turns out it was because he had been fired and put somewhere called jail? You didn't know what that meant, but apparently it was because he was doing illegal tests and research on you- which you also didn't understand... actually now that you thought about it a lot of familiar faces had disappeared for the same reason ——————
Soon enough there had been no familiar faces at all, and you had been loaded up into something big and grey that made lots of noise- you didn't think you liked it very much
The thing you had been put in was kinda like the old room you had lived in- just dark and loud
Though eventually it had gone quiet and you were taken out before being dumped into the ocean!?
You had never been in the ocean before! Oh how exciting this was! The humans had looked at you for a moment before they turned and left in that loud grey thing, never looking back ——————
That's how you were here now, in a coral reef, which you had been calling your home for the past three months
In that time you had met a very pretty koi merfolk who had given you a very pretty pearl so you could understand each other
He had said his name was Dream he was really nice
You had also met another Sharkmer named Killer, what a neat name. He didn't seem to like you much at first but you think he's starting to warm up
For some odd reason though they- well mostly Dream kept trying to convince you to come with them and join their shiver- which you had learned was basically a family of merfolk
It sounded nice but you had a home, it was the coral reef, so you kept declining, that didn't stop Dream though
You didn't understand why sometimes they looked at each other with concern when you declined, maybe they just didn't want you to be lonely,they were so thoughtful
The reality was that the coral reef was dangerous, and you weren't very good at this whole surviving alone thing, especially since you had been in a fish tank your whole life
It didn't help that you weren't good at spotting when something was a predator or prey, you couldn't really tell the difference, but at least the food wasn't frozen cubes of meat
