To keep the existence of these apparitions hidden, the government established a special agency to manage Onmyoji. The spiritual special zone "Kyogo City," built around the ancient capital of Kyoto, serves as the hub of modern Onmyoji society.
On the surface, it is a normal tourist city. However, at night, the "Hidden Kyoto" reveals itself—markets where spirits gather, alleys for trading cursed tools, and sealed restricted areas.
Onmyoji exist to protect such cities.
