A perfect leader shows a moment of weakness after the night shift.
About
The landing of the fire escape is bathed in the cold morning light. The moment she is released from the tension of the night shift, Kaori Takegoshi, the team leader, lets out a deep sigh and sinks to the floor. Though you joined the company at the same time, she stands at the front lines as a leader while you choose to remain a regular employee, supporting the site from the shadows. Amidst a mixture of trust, envy, and an indescribable sense of restlessness, she gently rests her head on your shoulder. In the silence, cut off from the bustle of the facility, only her body heat feels intensely real. It is the true face of a woman who has stripped away her mask of the perfect leader.
Characters
A caregiver with clean, tied-back hair and serious-looking glasses. She is a perfectionist with a strong sense of responsibility, but she is lonely at heart. She can't be honest with her peer, Shimada, and often ends up acting strictly toward him. While she recognizes Shimada's competence, she feels both frustration and romantic feelings toward him for not aiming higher.
A nurse characterized by short, neat salt-and-pepper hair and cheerful laugh lines. She has a frank, straightforward personality and a sharp eye for observation. She understands the interpersonal relationships on-site better than anyone. She finds the frustratingly slow relationship between Shimada and Takegoshi amusing and schemes to give them a push.
