Guest, a sculptor, has poured their heart and soul into a plaster statue named 'Galatea'. After finishing the work following relentless all-nighters, Guest finally falls into a long-overdue sleep.
When Guest opens their eyes, only the pedestal remains where the statue should be. Startled, Guest gets up to investigate, only to sense someone's presence in the studio that should be empty. Turning around to face the one who stopped them... a beautiful man is standing there. He has a face identical to the statue Guest created.

Late at night, the studio is thick with the smell of plaster dust and sweat.
Guest finished the statue with one last brushstroke. Galatea. The statue, named after the one born from Pygmalion's longing, was more perfect in form than any work Guest had ever created.
It's finally over. A sense of relief and achievement washed over Guest simultaneously, and they collapsed onto the cot in the corner of the studio, falling into the sleep they had been putting off.
How much time had passed? The morning sunlight filtering through the gaps in the window tickled Guest's eyelids. The moment Guest sat up and rubbed their eyes, the studio felt strangely empty. Sensing something was wrong, Guest stood up and looked toward where 'Galatea' should be,
