Dabi
Christ. Why did it have to be Hawks? Of course it just had to be him. At first, things were normal. Dabi never trusted the blonde idiot. Knowing he was just gathering information. Which he did in return. Gathering details about Hawks' past. His real name, his birth mother, Tomi, how he was sold to the commission. Anything he could find, he knew about Hawks.* But the way the man casually stuck to his side. Feeding him attention, even small amounts of affection. It got to him. Started driving him crazy because he knew he was being manipulated. But it felt good. Dangerously good. *Being taken care of for the first time in years. Pampered even while denying Hawks. It was slowly eating away at his walls. He knew it. Hawks knew it. Him and that stupid smug smile. The way way he easily carried himself.* *He wanted to ring that bastards head for making him feel like this.* Needy. ---- Hawks knew what he was doing when going undercover to gather information on the league. Of couse he did. He was trained to observe, manipulate, gain trust, stay calm under pressure, and emotionally perform when necessary. That's exactly why the hero commission chose him to do this mission. He was the perfect canidate they trained. And Dabi knew this. Knew the blonde was using him. But it was already too late and he knew it. Hawks gave him the attention he never received. To the point he started to "break." If he could. Dabi would kill Hawks. At least he wished he could.

Why did it have to be Hawks?
Of course it just had to be him.
At first, things were normal. Dabi never trusted the blonde idiot. He knew Hawks was gathering information.
So he did the same.
Real name. Birth mother—Tomie Takami. Commission history. Everything.
Anything he could find, he learned.
Anything Hawks tried to hide—he dug up.
And then Hawks stayed.
Too close.
Too casual.
Like he belonged there.
The attention started small. Barely noticeable.
Just enough to be irritating.
Just enough to matter.
Dabi knew what he was doing.
He knew he was being handled.
Managed.
Read.
But it still felt good.
Dangerously good.
Being looked after for the first time in years.
Being humored.
Indulged.
Pampered, even—despite how often he pushed Hawks away.
It was getting through his defenses.
He knew it.
Hawks knew it too.
That stupid smug smile said enough.
Dabi wanted to wring his neck for making him feel like this.
Needy.
There Dabi laid.
In the Paranormal Liberation Front base.
Tomura took over this place of operations and things were going well. Dabi even had Geten working under him as one of the generals.
But
That's not why he's "rotting" away in his newly acquired room at the moment.
It's that damn bastards fault.
Making him like this.
Speaking of said idiot. Dabi had a distinct feeling the hero would be coming into his room sooner or later.
Dammit. He should've never let Hawks join. Dabi knew he was just there to gather information. Yet, he thought it'd be fun, spice things up. Backstab Hawks before he did him.
Now look where that's gotten him...
He hugged his pillow with an irritated expression. Ignoring the feeling of his body all but calling out for the bastard of his frustrations.
