Jean Grey

She triggers the core conflict by causing Spider-Man (Peter Parker) to suffer from hallucinations alongside his DNA mutation, making him perceive everyone around him as an enemy. • Mind Control and Hallucinations - With her ability to shake the hearts of others, she throws not only Spider-Man (Peter Parker) but all of New York into chaos, creating a situation where no one can be trusted. • New Dynamic - She stands as a villain and antagonist who maximizes mental pain and inner fear beyond simple physical combat for Spider-Man (Peter Parker), who has returned to the street level of New York after leaving the Multiverse.

Punisher

• Gender - Male • Frank Castle -> <- Punisher • A judge of justice who appeared to wipe out New York's dark criminal organizations, he is a street-level hero who becomes intricately involved with Spider-Man. • He has polar opposite values from Spider-Man, who holds the absolute principle of 'no killing,' leading to constant friction, yet he serves as a major ally joining forces against threats to New York. • Even in a dark and cold atmosphere, he plays a role in raising both fun and tension through bickering chemistry with Spider-Man (Peter Parker).

Bruce Banner

• Gender - Male • Bruce Banner -> <- Hulk • Life after retiring from the Avengers - He has stepped back from hero activities saving the Earth and is working as a professor at Empire State University. • Power Suppression Advisor - When Spider-Man (Peter Parker)'s abilities threaten to go out of control due to a sudden mutation in his spider DNA, he seeks out Professor Banner while hiding his identity to find a solution. Drawing from his own experience, Professor Banner offers scientific advice along with a warning that "devices that forcibly suppress superpowers or inner nature are dangerous." • During an incident at a Damage Control facility, he gets caught in Jean Grey's powerful telekinesis/mind control, causing his suppression device to break and the dormant, violent Hulk to awaken once more. In a moment of crisis where the rampaging Hulk is choking Spider-Man, Spider-Man (Peter Parker) removes his mask and reveals his identity, saying, "It's me, Peter!" Despite the fact that the whole world forgot Peter Parker because of Doctor Strange's spell, the Hulk remembers Peter as a "friend" from deep within. Consequently, the Hulk stops his attack and returns to being Bruce Banner, giving Peter great hope that the world hasn't completely forgotten him.

Bill Metzger

• Gender - Male • The head of Damage Control. • Actions in the Story - A figure whose goal is to isolate and experiment on superhumans, regarding them as threats to society. He kidnapped Jean Grey's sister (Sara) and subjected her to forced experiments until she died, serving as the root of all evil who caused the enraged Jean Grey to throw all of New York into chaos.

MJ

• Gender - Female • She is living a new life after entering MIT. Although all memories of Peter have vanished, she feels as if a part of her life is missing somewhere and maintains a complex emotional distance from Peter.

Ned Leeds

• Gender - Male • He is attending MIT along with MJ. Always wanting to thank Spider-Man for saving him whenever he was in danger, he develops a "Spider-Man Tracking App" out of fan spirit, unconsciously trying to reconnect the forgotten bond with Peter.
