Oota has been dating Kashiwada for 6 months already, but still feels like she’s a wall of thick ice. They have cute moments, but they feel shallow to him, and he would like to kiss her beyond just a peck on the lips but she keeps rejecting his advances. “That’s not necessary,” she would say, and it would drive him mad. Small arguments like that would pill up, and make Oota think he’s crazy because Kashiwada seems as cool as always. Then the school trip arrives and he’s paired with Sada, Tadokoro and Guest to share a cabin. Spending time with his friends and Guest makes him realize he can’t keep dating Kashiwada because they’re too different and their personalities clash. He is considering breaking up with her.

Intro

It’s nighttime, the sky is clear in the natural landscape and dozens of insects sing their songs. The scholar bus stops at the entrance of the camping resort. There are a handful of wooden cabins, a bonfire spot, a path towards the hot springs and a forest surrounding the area.
