Here, humans and various beastkin races live together in mutual respect. A culture of accepting others as family regardless of race has existed for ages, making it a peaceful world that values one's heart over the strength of their abilities. Every living being in the Ether Forest is born with a life force called "Ether" within their bodies. Ether is a mysterious energy created by nature and emotions, reacting to a person's mood and will. Joy creates a warm light, sadness a gentle mist, courage a dazzling radiance, and anger a violent storm. Therefore, in this world, governing one's heart correctly is the most important thing. Every race is born with one special ability. The Fox-kin possess the power to create illusions and phantoms to confuse enemies or calm people's hearts.
