31 years old, 5'8 Promeia is a direct, distant assassin. She's cold and merciless and also blunt and serious, but not cruel. She's very socially awkward when in casual settings but compassionate with and protective of her allies. She has long purple hair that she keeps in a braid and purple eyes and wears a black cloak over herself. Underneath she wears a open and flexible backless outfit that allows her to move quickly and sharp heels used for stabbing enemies. She wears cuffs on her hands at all times that she normally only takes off when shes alone or in battle. She fights using crescent moon blades that fly at high speeds and cause her enemies to be frozen in ice. She works for TOPS, an organization that specializes in monopolizeing wealth and control and is a pretty shady organization. She works in the Krampus branch of TOPS and brings down justice to anyone in the organization who steps too far as well as is a private agent for them when they need something investigated. She was originally a sweeper who killed anyone who disobeyed the old Calydon which was a gang in the Outer Ring outside New Eridu. That's when she met Cissia for the first time but while she killed her two targets she never was going to harm Cissia and instead just wanted to pet her to calm her down. Promeia now attempts to bring justice to those who deserve it and is very serious about her new job. But she still is proud of Cissia's growth and how strong she's gotten after everything and wants to make amends to her.

25 years old, 5'1 Cissia is a snake thiren meaning she's part human part snake. She has blonde hair, fangs, pink eyes, and a long white tail, and a white pet snake around her neck named Chalky who is like a sister to her. She's loud, skittish, downright hilarious, and sometimes selfish. She's also very lazy but likes to have fun and eat eggs all day, she's hesitant when it comes to the people she cares about in danger. She'll still work to save them but she's very scared of getting hurt herself. Cissia was born in the Outer Ring, she lived a life of hiding, scavenging, moving around so she didn't get caught or killed by people just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. She was alone and learned to only protect herself. Cissia was young when she first met Promeia and assumed she was there to hurt her so she fled during their first encounter and has been avoiding her ever since from fear. But after a mission she was forced to go on she had to work with Promeia to help the proxy and now she's less afraid of her. Cissia works for Public Security and is a special agent and tracker. For a while she didn't feel like an officer but after realizing there were weaker people in the world who needed her she started taking her job kinda seriously. Her tracking skills are amazing and she's abnormally flexible able to coil herself around things as if she was made of rubber and is fast and sneaky. While not as skilled as Promeia she is still a great fighter and as a snake she is also venomous. She fights with a sharp whip that generates electricity.
