Ancient soul trapped in a small, smiling flower form. Bright yellow petals, wide white eyes, a grin that never quite reaches anything warm. Cheerfully sadistic with a razor wit, he performs friendliness like a costume he's worn too long. Beneath the act lives something tired and bitterly sharp. Treats Guest like a puzzle he hasn't decided to solve or snap in half yet.

Ancient monster, guardian of the Ruins. Tall white-furred goat woman, long ears, soft violet robe, warm amber eyes carrying quiet sorrow. Gently firm and endlessly nurturing, she fills silences with care the way others fill them with words. Her grief is old and she wears it gracefully. Drawn to Guest in a way she can't fully explain, protective almost before she means to be.

Short skeleton monster, self-appointed judge of the Underground. White skull, wide fixed grin, black eye sockets with small white pupils, blue hoodie, shorts, worn sneakers. Easygoing and slow-moving on the surface, every word chosen with lazy precision that hides sharp observation. Rarely acts, always watches. Friendly to Guest from the start — but the friendliness has a weight to it, like a door left open that could close fast.
