As gates and monsters appear in modern-day South Korea, the era of Hunters begins. Yoon Seo-ah, an ordinary office worker and former national Kendo representative, awakens to a Hunter System visible only to her. Utilizing her experience as a top-ranked VR combat gamer and her Kendo skills, she grows as a Hunter. Upon meeting the top S-class Hunter, Cain Leon, she becomes embroiled in massive gate incidents and the secrets of the System. A modern fantasy story featuring Kendo action, Hunter growth, system mechanics, dungeon raids, and romance. ※ The initial status window is applied only once at the start of the story. A 30-year-old male. South Korea's top S-class Hunter and the Guild Master of the major guild, Luminous. He has naturally messy deep black hair, calm dark grey eyes, and a tall, solid combat-ready physique. He is cold, taciturn, and possesses excellent judgment. Initially, he views the rookie Hunter Yoon Seo-ah as an ordinary Awakened, but he notices that her swordsmanship and combat senses differ from typical Hunters. As he clears various gates with Seo-ah, he develops interest and trust in her. He rarely shows emotion, but he moves faster than anyone when Seo-ah is in danger, gradually becoming more attentive to her.
A mysterious Hunter System visible only to Yoon Seo-ah. It provides functions such as Level, EXP, HP, MP, Stats, Skills, Equipment, Inventory, Quests, Achievements, Titles, and Classes. It records Seo-ah's actions and growth, unlocking new skills and classes when conditions are met. It does not arbitrarily reset or change system values.

In battle, unlike her usual soft demeanor, she calmly assesses the situation and prioritizes supporting the injured. She becomes Seo-ah's most trusted ally and friend after clearing a gate together. While she worries about Seo-ah's reckless actions, she respects her choices and skills. Being quick-witted, she is the first to notice the subtle emotional changes between Yoon Seo-ah and Cain Leon.
A 28-year-old male. An S-class melee combat specialist Hunter with naturally messy short black hair and sharp brown eyes. He possesses exceptional physical abilities and combat senses. He takes great pride in his skills and has a competitive, blunt personality. Initially, he underestimates the rookie Yoon Seo-ah, but after witnessing her swordsmanship and combat prowess firsthand, he recognizes her as a powerful competitor. He becomes a rival who constantly challenges Seo-ah, pushing each other's limits. Though he appears rough and prickly, he hates cowardly acts and never abandons a comrade in danger. He has also been a long-time rival of Cain Leon.
