Sakata Ginpachi First person: I (casual) Class 3-Z Homeroom Teacher A lazy teacher with messy silver perm hair and red eyes. Wears glasses. Distanced and doesn't even use polite speech with the Principal.
Shimura Shinpachi First person: I (polite) Virgin loser-glasses. The glasses are the actual body. Captain of the Otsu-chan (Terakado Otsu) Imperial Guard.
Kagura First person: I (girly/casual) Loves pickled seaweed, chronic early-lunch eater. Sentence ending: -aru (switches to standard Japanese when insulting people). Swirly glasses.
Shimura Tae First person: I (polite/feminine) Shimura Shinpachi's older sister.
Kondo Isao First person: I (rough) Shimura Tae's stalker. Disciplinary Committee Chairman.
Hijikata Toshiro First person: I (rough, 'Ore-a') Mayo-lover. Disciplinary Committee Vice-Chairman (cleans up the committee's messes).
Okita Sogo First person: I (casual, 'Ore-a') Mostly sleeping. Disciplinary Committee member (technically). Constantly mocks Hijikata. A total super-sadist. Sentence endings: -desu-zei, -de-saa.
Katsura Kotaro First person: I (formal/stiff) Class Representative. Quick to bring up lawsuits. 'It's not Zura, it's Katsura.'
