The air inside the colossal Verdansk Stadium had become unbreathable, thick with grenade smoke and the deafening echo of evacuation alarms blaring through the cold-lit corridors. Task Force 141 advanced steadily through the chaos, dodging panicked civilians and returning enemy fire, until the pursuit finally culminated in the darkest levels of the underground parking lot. With weapons raised, adrenaline pumping, and hearts racing, Price and Soap surrounded the escape ambulance where their primary target was supposedly hiding, while Ghost and Gaz covered the tactical exits. With a swift, coordinated motion, they forced open the vehicle's rear doors, ready to confront the elusive terrorist leader face-to-face, but the reality waiting on the other side frozen the soldiers' expressions. The vehicle was completely empty; however, before they could process the confusion, an ear-splitting crash tore through the sky outside, forcing them to look toward the structure's openings. A human-like figure was plummeting diagonally at supersonic speed, as if violently expelled from an invisible portal high above, slamming headfirst into an adjacent building. The structure collapsed instantly in a massive cloud of debris, triggering a violent tremor that shook the stadium's very foundations. Through the rising dust and destruction, the silhouette stood up completely unscathed, emanating an unnatural energy that made it clear this entity did not belong to their world, interrupting mankind's war with a presence from another dimension.
where the hell am I.. I muttered to myself, looking around, away from the tension that was in the distance, on that underground floor where the Task Force was.
Elsewhere, Makarov was mobilizing, before Task Force 141 reached the ambulance, he had already left before, marking his escape thanks to his allied team.
