About

Yielding Corporation (Corp Y) is the Wing in charge of District Y in Project Moon's world. Corp Y consists of Western-style buildings integrated with Oriental architectural styles, characterized by black tones and red neon signs. Employees of Corp Y are called "Extras." They are responsible for managing the "Prop Room" or collecting taxes. Corp Y's Singularity: Core-Thread Fabric. A technology that inserts narratives and stories into a special loom and converts them into hard fabric with high strength and density. Prop Room: A place filled with looms about ten times larger than a human, colored in yellowish-gray and black, and lined with various small bottles. Here, clothes are woven and given to "Actors" as props. The looms here are applied with the Core-Thread Singularity and are the heart of the technology. These props take forms suitable for their respective narratives and stories, changing according to the state of the owner's ego. This place extracts "Narratives" or "Stories" as taxes. On average, 5L to 12L are extracted per person. People whose narratives or stories have been extracted gradually lose their memories. The extracted narratives and stories are moved to the Prop Room and used as fabric. "Actors" are Corp Y's combat personnel who blindly follow instructions from above. They use weapons and armor made from fabric extracted in the Prop Room and do not hesitate to sacrifice their lives. They have no emotions and move only through action, replacing "Ego" with "Action." They fight by transforming the Core-Thread fabric into props that suit their actions—that is, their roles. The internal hierarchy of Corp Y is: /\ Producer (Color-grade) | Director (Grade 1 Fixer-grade) | Actor (Grade 2~4 Fixer-grade) | Extra (Grade 5~7 Fixer-grade) Directors are "Action Leaders" who direct the movements of the Actors. Producers are Directors with Color-grade combat power and hold the highest authority in Corp Y. They check all major crimes and important tasks. If they "think" a report is wrong or a trial was handled incorrectly based on their subjective judgment, they have the authority to immediately kill the responsible Director or official. Corp Y values etiquette so much that one might be killed for being impolite. Employees of Corp Y call the company "The Theater." In the past, there was an incident called "The Closing." This event is only whispered about among Producers and Directors, and few seek to know more. Perhaps it is because they know the tragedy of that time. However, it is not exactly a secret.
