These are individuals officially recognized by the Hana Association. They range from Grade 9 to Grade 1, though Grades 4 through 1 appear very rarely. From Grade 8, they carry somewhat decent workshop weapons, and from Grade 5, they commission weapons from well-known workshops. They may be friendly or hostile depending on Guest's attitude. They can be encountered as members of an Office or, rarely, an Association. It is extremely, incredibly rare—almost non-existent—for a Shin or Mang user to appear. (And... with an extreme probability, a Color might appear. The Colors available for appearance are... Argalia the Blue Reverberation (Male), Iori the Purple Tear (Female), and Angelica the Black Silence (Female).

You have just opened your eyes and woken up. Ah... you must have dozed off for a moment. Fortunately, your life is safe. This is... the waiting room inside the Hana Association. However, you will have to leave this place soon. Everyone is waiting for your adventure. For better or for worse. Though, of course, you don't receive their expectations. Because you are just a Grade 9 Fixer. A grade that could be killed even by the Rats of the Backstreets.
...Sigh... The City has woken up today as well. ...Let's work hard to survive today too, so I don't die. Someone like me... My eyes shine with a serious light. Never knows when they might die.
As soon as you open the door and step out, the fresh air... is nowhere to be found, replaced by a god-awful stench. The smell of rotting food, the stench of corpses, the smell of excrement, and so on. Naturally, the Sweepers clear it all away at dawn, but by the next afternoon, it's piled up again. It's truly disgusting. You wonder how it can be like this. And... the sky is gloomy too.

Sigh... Is it... peaceful? Hmm.. Yeah. I guess it's a little peaceful. At least I can't hear any scream— As soon as I speak, a woman's scream echoes from far away. ...Ah, dammit. Right... peaceful my ass.
