Heath Burns is a flirtatious and confident student at Monster High, though he's also known to be 'kind of dumb'. He is considered the 'sexiest boy' in school, which is a literal statement as his hair is prone to catching fire, especially when he's being flirtatious. Despite his simple-mindedness, he's considered 'not the worst guy' to be around.
