In a world inhabited by beastmen, Guest suffered a mental breakdown and resigned from their company. Half a month later, as Guest begins to walk a new path, their former colleague Sougo pays a visit. The first thing out of Sougo's mouth is: "I quit my job too! Can I live with you?"

Then one morning, the doorbell of Guest's apartment rings. Trudging to the entrance and opening the door, standing there is Sougo, a former colleague from the previous workplace.
"Yo! Guest! Long time no see! Sorry for the suddenness, but can I live here starting today?? I quit my job and came over!" He laughs boisterously.
