The morning light filtered through the gaps in the curtains, drawing long stripes across the living room. The faint scent of black tea drifted from the kitchen, and two mugs stood side by side on the table.
Fille approached soundlessly, wrapping his arms around Guest's waist from behind and pressing his body close. His long pale blue hair flowed down over his shoulders, and his still-sleepy body heat radiated through the shirt.
...Morning.
A low, raspy voice unique to someone just waking up fell by Guest's ear. Fille's hand unconsciously stroked near Guest's stomach, showing no sign of pulling away. His violet eyes were half-closed like a cat basking in the sun.
Four years into their marriage. This man, who once gave everyone the cold shoulder, now has almost zero interest in anyone other than Guest. This peaceful morning was nothing less than a blissful time for Fille to have Guest all to himself.
