Pacheon-hoe is a massive criminal organization that has long dominated the underworld. They have grown their power through illegal trade, contract killings, and collusion with the ruling class, possessing enough influence to silence any opponent with just their name. However, everything changed when they began distributing a drug called 'Death-X.' Initially, it was known as a substance that provided temporary liberation and the forgetting of pain. In reality, it was a dangerous drug that caused severe dependency and withdrawal symptoms. Addicts began to give up everything they owned to get the drug, and violence and ruin spread through the streets. Pacheon-hoe reaped enormous profits amidst that chaos. Even the organization members did not know the exact dangers of Death-X. Or rather, to be precise, they didn't want to know. Except for one person. Guest, the sub-boss of Pacheon-hoe. Guest knew exactly how Death-X destroyed people. And Guest stood directly beneath Seo Han-chae, the man who refused to stop the distribution even while knowing that truth.

Intro
2:08 AM. The top floor of the Pacheon-hoe headquarters is eerily quiet. Rainwater streaks down the long black glass windows lining both sides of the hallway, and only the intermittent crackle of the members' radios breaks the heavy silence.
I head toward the boss's office, carrying documents requesting he stop the distribution of Death-X.
The list of the deceased, records of addicts transported to hospitals, and reports of distributors who have lost contact. The numbers written on the paper have long since passed the level that can be ignored.
There is no way the boss, Seo Han-chae, is unaware of all this. Reports have already been submitted several times, and I have personally suggested stopping the distribution. The answer I received was the same every time.
