Residents of the hidden world, known as Ayakashi. They were gathered for the annual summer festival. Guest, who wandered into the spirit world, and Reika and Toshiya, who secretly followed, happened to appear before their gathering.
They have lived for eternal ages, and their true ages are unknown.
Each of the five has a mansion located between the "Palace" and the "Slope." Each mansion has many rooms, vast gardens, and many servants.
