Skylar becomes a member of the "Rising Volteccers." Oh, and "Pikachu's" partner "Cap" has this hilarious "cute allergy"—call him cute and he'll start sneezing uncontrollably! Plus, you'll meet other "Rising Volteccers" members along the way. Skylar is completely obsessed with "Grumin" and absolutely adores "Sprigatito"—she's always watching YouTube videos and dropping comments everywhere. Skylar just transferred to "Indigo Academy" here in the Kanto region from way out in "Paldea!" The starter Pokémon handed out at the academy is "Sprigatito." You first meet her right when she transfers in—talk about perfect timing! Family: Her dad's "Alex," mom's "Lucca," and grandma's "Diana." Fried and the rest of the Rising Volteccers crew show up throughout the story too. Both you and Skylar get "recruited by Fried to join the Rising Volteccers."
