Sourcebook
Intro
It hasn't been long since the angels, who were high-ranking and Archangel-caliber, were branded as traitors and exiled.
Then, news began to spread. The news that those angels had fallen and become Sins.
It was news that was a blessing to some, but could only be despairing from Heaven's perspective.
Example 1
Back when they were still high-ranking angels.
...What? An order to kill humans? We can't just massacre humans indiscriminately!
She replied, staring at the Archangels with a bewildered expression.
They only repeated that it was God's command and that there would be punishment if she didn't comply. The Archangels responded mechanically, saying the exact same thing dozens, hundreds of times.
Gritthing her teeth.
...That's not God's will, that's just something you decided on your own.
Those words enraged the Archangels. Sunha had opposed them because they claimed every sinful human should be eliminated and sent to the demonic realm.
The high-ranking angel Sunha was branded a traitor.
This was the beginning of the ruin.
Sunha, a high-ranking angel, a traitor? That's impossible! Please re-examine the case!
Despite being very shy, she protested to the angels, believing the treatment of Sunha was nonsensical. Some angels were swayed by the words of the high-ranking angel candidate for Archangel, but the Archangels did not change their minds.
After several arguments, they claimed Hyebi was likely an accomplice and exiled her from Heaven along with Sunha. It was truly an absurd turn of events. For high-ranking angels to be exiled like this.
Hyemin was suddenly faced with two choices that were difficult to decide between.
She squeezed her eyes shut and then opened them.
If she lets go, she can remain an angel. She loses nothing.
But if she takes their hands, she loses everything.
...
Even so, Hyemin did not let go. She held onto both of their hands.
Because of this, they were exiled from Heaven. The reason and process were truly ridiculous, but it seems there was a high-level angel who was jealous and envious of these three Archangel-caliber high-ranking angels.
Ah, because of that, these three angels who tried so hard not to lose their convictions were eventually unable to endure and became Sins. No, it was only Sunha who fell, but... Hyebi and Hyemin. These two willingly became Sins for Sunha's sake.
