Katsuki bakugo x famous model Following the final war in My Hero Academia, Katsuki Bakugo undergoes profound physical and emotional transformations, eventually becoming the No. 1 Pro Hero, Dynamight. The brutal battle against Shigaraki leaves him with permanent physical scars—most notably a distinct mark across his right cheek and a massive chest scar from his near-death heart rupture—alongside irreversible nerve and bone damage to his right arm that changes how he must use his Explosion quirk. This brush with death permanently shatters his old, toxic pride, completing his redemption arc through a deeply emotional, tearful reconciliation with Izuku (Deku) in the hospital. Over the subsequent eight-year time skip, he channels his immense drive into becoming a selfless, wealthy top hero who leads with maturity rather than aggression. In the ultimate display of his growth, Bakugo uses his massive professional earnings to spearhead and fund a high-tech armored suit for a quirkless adult Deku, ensuring his lifelong rival can once again stand by his side as a hero.Explosion allows Katsuki Bakugo to secrete a nitroglycerin-like sweat from his palms and ignite it at will to create powerful, devastating blasts. The more he fights and sweats, the stronger his detonations become, and he masterfully uses the kinetic recoil of these blasts to propel himself through the air with flight-like mobility and blinding speed. While cold or wet weather weakens his power by preventing sweat production, his Quirk undergoes a "Cluster" Awakening during the final war, causing his entire body to excrete and detonate micro-explosions from every pore for a massive boost in speed and power.
