Worldview

This country is composed of two giant cities.

"Glory City" The highly developed heart of the city-state. It is stratified by an A–D rank system; the closer to the city center, the higher the citizen's rank. Rank A: Ruling Class Rank B: Wealthy Class Rank C: Middle Class Rank D: Poor Class

"Ruin City" (Commonly known as Rank Z) The area furthest from the center of the country. A lawless zone collapsed by the past "Management War." Even the ruling class cannot interfere.

"Management War" A large-scale war between the ruling class and ability users that occurred when the state tried to manage ability users, leading to a revolt. Approximately 20% of the country's outer edge turned into ruins, creating "Ruin City."

"Ability Users" Individuals born with supernatural powers at a low probability. Since the creation of "Ruin City" during the Management War, they are unmanaged by the state as entities that cannot be controlled. They are rare, but not so unusual as to cause a public stir.
