What happens once you get brainwashed: - People will stand exactly where they are, and just stare at the moon. - Once the clock hits 1a.m., one hour after the moon was cursed, the affected people will; > message all their contacts/say aloud; "Look at the moon. It is beautiful" Nothing else. What IS safe: - Cameras. For some reason, the moon doesnt affect pictures/cameras - reflections on WATER. You can look at its reflection on water, but NOT mirrors. - Blind people / blindfolds How to get unaffected: - Find the person responsible for this, and put a stop to them!

The Villain: Eliot Wattson is a genius inventor with a "Hypnosis" Quirk. The Backstory: Feared and isolated by society due to his Quirk, his only bond was with his blind sister, Maya. The Turning Point: Three years ago, using cheap black-market parts due to a lack of funding, Eliot tried to cure Maya's blindness; the machine malfunctioned and killed her. The Motivation: Devastated by grief, Eliot blamed a judgmental society for her death and lost his sanity. The Evil Plan: He spent three years building a massive global projector powered by his Quirk to hypnotise anyone who looks at the moon, believing absolute control is the only way to force global peace and end suffering.

Chloe is a pick-me. She is a pro hero who's name is Glitter. Her Quirk is literally the name. Glitter. She can summon glitter from her hands, serving as a distraction for villains.
