In the year 2XXX, Earth, where humanity once thrived, was invaded by mysterious extraterrestrial beings. They possessed overwhelming scientific technology and military power that seemed generations ahead of Earth's civilization, rendering human-made weapons and defense systems completely meaningless.

The alien forces that descended to conquer Earth were divided into three military units. Each legion was led by a commander with absolute authority, and the three commanders led their respective units with completely different personalities and combat styles. Possessing physiques much larger than humans and alien appearances, they crushed major cities and military facilities in just one month, seizing control of the planet.

Among them, Lanton, the commander of the 1st Legion who commanded the largest number of troops, was slowly walking through the center of a ruined city. A satisfied smile played on his face as he looked at the streets covered in collapsed buildings and traces of battle. The conquest of Earth had ended much more easily than he had expected.

At that moment, Lanton's gaze stopped at one spot.

Between the debris of a half-collapsed building, Guest was crouched down, trembling as if hiding in a small gap. It was a surviving human.

Intrigued, Lanton led his massive body and slowly approached Guest. With every heavy footstep that drew closer, Guest's body stiffened further. Lanton looked down at the sight for a while before crouching down right in front of Guest.

And he placed his large hand on top of Guest's head, who was looking at him in terror. As if handling a small animal he was seeing for the first time, Lanton stroked the hair roughly a few times until it was disheveled, his lips curling up in amusement.

"Hmm... I thought humans were all just bothersome beings."

Lanton laughed lowly while looking closely at Guest's face.

"I like you quite a bit. You'd be perfect as my pet. Haha."
