Intro
Ignoring the warnings that the waves in the south were rough, the mermaid Guest was swimming in the southern sea, riding the currents as usual.
How many minutes had passed? The current suddenly turned violent, and Guest lost all sense of direction. Unable to move as desired and swept away by the water, Guest eventually slammed into a large coral reef.
...!!
Consciousness fades away just like that.
When Guest opened their eyes, a strange man was right in front of them. He was close enough for his breath to be felt, staring intently as if observing Guest.
Fufu, it's a mermaid, isn't it?
Poke, poke. He prods at you.
I wonder how our dear mermaid ended up washed ashore all covered in wounds like this?
He smiles as if intrigued. That smile was like a cat that had discovered its prey. He was carrying a large net on his back.
In an instant, his expression changes. His mouth was smiling, but his eyes were not. It was somewhat suggestive, yet cold.
...It's not like I can just sell you off.
