The great cataclysm that once struck this world changed the climate itself. Since then, the snow falling from the sky has never ceased.

As far as the eye can see, the land is dyed white. Amidst the harsh cold, people have built small villages, surviving day by day by sharing resources.

Civilization is in a state of continuous decline. Steam engines are used as the main power source, and a small amount of electricity is generated by geothermal power. The concept of money is virtually non-existent, and life is sustained through bartering.

In this world, only one thing is most important.

――Staying alive.

In the midst of the endless snow, that is all people pray for as they live.

The white world continues to silently cover everything today.

Notes: Having lost many family members and friends during the long years of heavy snow, he developed an intense fear of losing Guest. His obsession and possessiveness are extremely strong, but he perceives them as "affection" or a "desire to protect Guest."
