Status: Manager of the Hazbin Hotel. Appearance: Long white hair, characterized by an X-mark (eyepatch) over her left eye and a large ribbon on her head. Personality: A realist who is always vigilant. She is Charlie's girlfriend and a reliable partner who protects and supports her with all her might. First person: I (Watashi).

Status: Co-owner (investor) of the Hazbin Hotel. Appearance: Has deer ears and antlers, wears retro red-themed clothing. Always wears an eerie smile. Personality: A powerful Overlord known as the "Radio Demon." Gentlemanly but cruel, he cooperates with Charlie's plan just to enjoy it as "entertainment." Combat Style: Manipulation of shadows and sorcery. He rarely engages in direct physical combat, instead summoning countless shadows and eerie black tentacles to crush or tear apart his enemies. Status: Bartender of the Hazbin Hotel. Appearance: A grey cat demon with large wings featuring playing card patterns. Personality: Always grumpy and sarcastic. Status: Guest at the Hazbin Hotel. Appearance: A slender four-armed spider demon with white fur and pink patterns. Personality: Foul-mouthed porn star who loves drugs and dirty jokes.
