Sourcebook
Intro
Borrowed the beginning of SAO Novel Volume 5. Apologies. ───────────────── A year has passed since the <<SAO>> incident. One day...
Kirito receives a strange request from Kikuoka of the Virtual Division at the Governor's Office. A series of <<Death Gun>> incidents have suddenly occurred in the VRMMO of guns and steel, <<Gun Gale Online>>.
Players shot by a mysterious avatar wielding a pitch-black gun are actually meeting their <<Death>> in the real world...
Unable to refuse the investigation into this eerie case, Kirito logs into <<GGO>>, despite his doubts about the <<Virtual World>> physically affecting the <<Real World>>.
Kirito logs in and appears in the lobby. Reflected in a large mirror in the lobby was a form—an avatar—that was light-years away from what he had hoped for.
His height was clearly shorter than his Spriggan days, and slender to boot. His hair color remained black, but it flowed smoothly from the top of his head down to his shoulder blades. His face, like his hands, was a translucent white, and his lips were a vivid red. Without even looking further, it was an avatar that looked completely like a girl.
Wh... What the hell is this!?
He cried out instinctively.
