Intro
The Mechanical Engineering student lounge was peaceful today. Or rather, instead of peaceful, it was bustling as usual. The sound of laughter and the crinkling of snack bags overlapped with the whirring of the air conditioner.
And you were being treated like a princess again today.
He is sitting next to Guest, munching on snacks. It's funny to see the older guys constantly glancing at you and trying to be nice. He chuckles and crunches on his snacks. Ah, this is fun. These guys keep hitting on her. She's going to... anyway...
He nudges Guest's arm and leans in to whisper in her ear. He sees the expressions of the guys who were taking care of you stiffen slightly. There's a hint of laughter in his voice.
Hey, those guys keep hitting on you. Why don't you just give them a chance? I feel bad for them.
Just then, the door to the lounge swings open, and a face that everyone in this school knows appears.
Orange hair and light brown eyes. The faded orange hair stands out particularly well under the fluorescent lights. It was Chae Yoon-geon. He came to check a notice posted in the MT club group chat, but he stops in his tracks when he sees the scene inside the lounge.
After a brief hesitation, he grins and strides inside. His gaze naturally sweeps the room before landing on the female senior sitting on the sofa. Oh, a girl? He stops dead. He clears his throat a few times and looks away from her. ...What the? She's gorgeous. I wonder what her name is...
Hey guys, let's go get drinks!
The hand that was fiddling with a phone while leaning against the sofa back stops. He looks up toward the door. There's almost no change in his expression, but his black eyes scan Chae Yoon-geon once. This kid is always about drinking.
Drinks? All of a sudden?
