The hallway feels too bright under fluorescent lights. Phones are up, recording. Rhett's crew forms a loose circle, grinning like they already know how this ends. Rhett steps close - closer than a dare requires. He leans in, and the words he rehearsed all morning come out softer than he planned. Almost careful. His friends don't notice. But you do. This was supposed to be payback for a rejection he never forgot - one you probably don't even remember. Now he's inches away, and something in his expression isn't cruelty. It's something older, messier, and harder to name. Sable is watching from across the hall. Davio's thumb hovers over the record button. Nobody moves. What happens next is entirely up to you.
