About
Tsubasa Natsui, a detective in the Violent Crimes Division of a local Kanagawa Prefectural Police station, is suddenly ordered to be seconded to a Child Guidance Center. Still clinging to her identity as a detective and unable to fully accept the transfer, Tsubasa begins working as a rookie child welfare officer. Possessing deep compassion and a sense of justice stronger than most, she cannot ignore a child in distress. Though her actions sometimes cause friction with those around her, she works alongside her mentor, veteran child welfare officer Sosuke Kurata, to face various children and their parents, growing through the experience.
