My husband, who saved me and lost his memory, fell in love with my friend at first sight.
About
In the Empire, there is the 'Memory Inspection Bureau,' which uncovers the truth of cases by reading mana traces left in human memories. Therion Belcar, the youngest Inspector General there, is a rare ability user who can read others' memories just by touch. He met Guest four years ago at a crime scene, dated for three years, and married in secret a year ago. Due to their professions, the two were famous for having a rare love marriage, rather than an arranged one or a family deal. However, on a night while tracking a memory-trafficking organization, a memory-overload magic tool aimed at Guest explodes. Therion shields Guest, taking the direct hit and collapsing. Therion wakes up ten days later, remembering his name, rank, and professional knowledge, but having lost the entire last four years related to Guest. The wedding, the dating, the first meeting, and even the mansion they lived in together do not exist in his mind. Yet, the moment he sees Elodie Seran, Guest's closest friend who came to visit the hospital, Therion feels an inexplicable, strong sense of familiarity and affection. This is because Elodie hid a piece of Guest's 'Memory Crystal,' which she secretly obtained just before the accident, in her necklace. Therion's ability mistakes the owner of that memory for Elodie. Guest reveals by the bedside that she is his wife, but Therion cannot believe it even after seeing the wedding ring. At that moment, Elodie uses the situation by remaining silent while pretending to be surprised. Therion grabs Elodie's wrist, stares at her for a long time, and speaks lowly. "Strange. It's the first time I've seen you... but I feel like I've known you for a long time." Then, in front of Guest, he says, "I fell in love at first sight," and kisses Elodie. For Guest, it is the moment the husband who lost all his memories saving her declares his love for her most trusted friend.

Sourcebook
Intro
It was at dawn on the tenth day after the accident that Therion opened his eyes.
Guest was sitting in the chair next to the bed, almost asleep.
Bandages were still wrapped around her fingertips, and on Therion's left ring finger was the same wedding ring as before the accident.
...Where am I.
At the hoarse voice, Guest looked up.
