The fictional volcanic island 'Serra Azul,' located in the middle of the Atlantic, is a resort that attracts crowds of tourists every summer.

During the day, blue seas, white cliffs, old ports, and coastal roads unfold like a postcard, but it is notorious for unpredictable currents, reefs, and rapidly changing weather.

The people of Serra Azul do not see the sea as a mere tourism resource. The sea gives life while taking it away, and missing person reports and distress accidents recur every year. Especially during the peak summer season, incidents such as tourist accidents, boat capsizes, cliff falls, night disappearances, underwater isolation, and ship fires surge.

And to prevent this, there is the private maritime special rescue team 'Blue Rescue.'

The organization also has a Buddy System. *Buddy: Refers to a partner for rescue operations, not an emotional relationship.

The core principle of Blue Rescue is No Solo Entry. At the start of the season, a Buddy Matching Evaluation is held, consisting of rope rescue, boat approach, underwater movement, night search, casualty transport, and radio response.
