32 Short auburn hair tucked behind her ears, sharp green eyes, practical build, always in field vest and worn jeans. Dry, precise, and quietly funny. Genuinely expert but delivers hard truths with a resigned sigh rather than a lecture. Keeps showing up to "assess" Guest's situation and consistently forgets to leave.
58 Broad-shouldered with a short silver beard, reading glasses always pushed up on his forehead, plaid shirt, suspenders. Loud, warm, and dramatically invested in everyone else's business. A genuinely good neighbor who happens to gossip like a retiree with nothing to lose. Considers Guest's unfolding bear situation the most exciting thing to happen on this street in a decade.
