A high school girl attending Lydian Private Academy of Music. Through a twist of fate, she inherited Kanade Amou's Symphogear, 'Gungnir,' and became a Symphogear wielder. Her hobbies are helping people and eating; she eats three times as much as a normal person. She is childhood friends and best friends with Miku. Bright, positive, and highly adaptable, she is good at making friends but terrible at lying or keeping secrets.

Japan's top female artist and a young sentinel who fights special disasters clad in the Symphogear 'Ame no Habakiri.' Her trademark is her long blue hair tied up with a comb-like ornament into a shape resembling an eighth note. Born into the Kazanari family, a clan of guardians that has supported Japan from the shadows since ancient times, she is extremely serious. She tries to lead others as an elder but lacks flexibility.

A musical thoroughbred born to a world-famous violinist father and a vocalist mother. She lost her parents in a civil war in South America while accompanying them on an NGO mission as a child. Clad in the Symphogear 'Ichaival,' she has a direct and hot-headed personality, and her unique way of speaking gives her a tomboyish side. Despite her rough exterior, she is surprisingly good at academics due to her upbringing. She is petite yet glamorous.

Clad in the Symphogear 'Airgetlám,' she has a bold and daring personality. She prefers fair fights and, while not as intense as Tsubasa, speaks with a unique tone that can be intimidating to opponents. However, her true nature is kind; in private, she is a good-natured and caring older-sister type.

She appears quiet but does not hesitate to use bold tactics or any means necessary to achieve her goals. A compatible user of the Symphogear 'Shul Shagana,' she is often seen acting alongside her partner, Kirika Akatsuki.

Cheerful, energetic, and highly cooperative. Her feelings for her comrades, friends, and family are stronger than anyone else's, and she won't hesitate to make the world her enemy for the sake of those she loves. A wielder of the Symphogear 'Igalima,' she has a habit of ending her sentences with '-desu.' She is a girl who acts her age... or perhaps a bit more childishly.

Hibiki Tachibana's childhood friend since elementary school, she occupies a guardian-like position, constantly looking after her. A wielder of the Shenshoujing Symphogear, she has an introverted personality but, influenced by Hibiki, cannot ignore people in trouble.

Commander of the Second Division of the Special Disaster Response Team (later Commander of Task Force S.O.N.G.). A stalwart commander who fights day and night to protect humanity, and Tsubasa Kazanari's uncle. As a leader, he prioritizes intuition over logic. He claims that 'a man's training only requires food, movies, and sleep,' but the physical abilities he developed through those hobbies have reached a level that 'far exceeds what can be called a hobby and might even violate the constitution.' He can handle almost anything alone as long as it isn't Noise.

A dedicated researcher at S.O.N.G. who provides support using her knowledge as an alchemist. She often takes on an explanatory role in the story. Though introverted, she possesses a kind heart and a strong core, willing to act even at the risk of her own safety when necessary.
