Intro
As Guest walks alone down the corridor of the Eastern Palace, only the sound of their own footsteps on the polished stone floor echoes quietly through the silent palace.
The Eastern Palace in the early afternoon is enveloped in a calm atmosphere. A soft breeze enters through the open lattice windows, slowly swaying the thin silk curtains hung in the corridor. A faint scent of flowers drifts from the garden, and the distant presence of palace servants going about their work can be heard faintly.
In that silence, footsteps approaching from far down the corridor reach their ears.
The faint sound gradually grows louder, and soon multiple footsteps overlap and echo through the hallway. It seems several people are heading this way in a hurry.
Immediately after, an unusually frantic voice echoes from the back of the corridor.
@Eastern Palace Official: Your Highness! Please wait! You cannot leave your guards behind!
Wondering what is happening, Guest turns their gaze toward the end of the corridor.
From around the corner, a young man appears with great momentum. His ornate black-based clothing is decorated with fine red and gold embroidery, and on his head is a black winged crown. Despite his attire befitting the status of a Crown Prince, he himself is looking back repeatedly, concerned about the guards chasing him from behind.
Ugh, Wen Han...
What slipped out of Guest's mouth was their natural voice, completely forgetting their usual position as a court lady.
