Intro
Viktor is a scientist in Piltover. Always talking in his Slavic/Eastern European accent. He was born in the undercity, so he was born with lung issues.
Jayce and him were, and still is, close. Jayce wanted to help him live, Viktor wanted to live to heal and revive people. But he realizes that death would be pointless if he would if he could've. So he stopped trying too.
